by Blog Admin

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup elderberry syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup pure fruit juice (such as orange juice or apple juice)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin powder
  • Gummy molds (silicone molds work best)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the elderberry syrup, fruit juice, and honey over low heat until well combined.

  2. Slowly sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid mixture, whisking constantly to prevent clumps from forming.

  3. Increase the heat to medium-low and continue whisking until the gelatin powder has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the gummy molds, filling each one to the top.

  5. Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the gummies are firm to the touch.

  6. Once the gummies have set, carefully remove them from the molds and transfer them to an airtight container.

  7. Store the gummies in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
